Shen Mascariñas

While Shen graduated with a degree in Organizational Communications from De La Salle University, she followed her passion for food and studied culinary and pastry arts at Ecolé Ducasse, Enderun Colleges.

She combines her variable expertise by creating plates that satisfy both the camera and the human palate. With her avid love for food, Shen has experienced all sorts of food-related roles in her career, starting out as a freelance food writer for several publications. She then went on to develop recipes and produce food videos for Bounty Fresh, which helped solidify her experience in the craft.

Shen is now the Head Chef and Chief Food Stylist for Plate This and Photokitchen. She has also accumulated an impressive food styling portfolio by working with local and international food brands such as Unilever, Eden Cheese, CDO, Spam, Barrio Fiesta, Chooks-to-Go, Kellogg’s, Oreo, Tim Horton’s and more.

Ysa Viardo

In addition to being an Executive Chef of Miriam College’s cafe, Ysa also earned an Entrepreneurship degree with culinary as her main focus upon graduating. She was spotted by our founder Shen as a freelance chef and was invited to join Plate This.

With three years of food styling experience, Ysa continues to collaborate with Shen and sometimes works on her own projects for Plate This’s clients such as Tim Horton’s, Bounty Fresh, Knorr, among many others.
